Executive Assistant to C-Suite Reports to: CEO Full-Time, comfortable working east + west coast hours Location: Los Angels (Hybrid) Comp: $55-75k About The Role As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to C-Suite level executives to ensure they can focus on what they do best. Your primary duty will be to support the CEO, with additional support to other team members as needed. You will need to anticipate the needs of the executives you support and resolve operational and administrative issues before they arise. You represent our company, serving as a great first impression and the initial point of contact for the teams you support. You will be responsible for scheduling, calendar monitoring, incoming requests, emails and calls to appropriate contacts, the flow of correspondence, and more.

You’ll be involved in all stages of the product development and deployment lifecycle: participate in idea generation, physician feedback, planning, design, prototyping, execution, shipping, and iteration. The code you write will directly impact physician workflows, helping them spend less time on note-taking in the EHR, and dramatically improve hospital finances and patient care. You'll also get to collaborate with other interns and experience the fun and inclusive culture here at Regard! As a Customer Success Manager at Regard, you will own the full customer journey from integration and onboarding, to renewal and expansion. You will be accountable for the overall health of the account by fostering relationships across key client stakeholders, producing and delivering impact analyses for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and identifying opportunities for improving onboarding and user feedback processes. This role will report directly to the Director of Customer Success, but will work closely with sales, marketing, training, product and technical teams to ensure a world-class client experience.
